Shreya Ojas Aras

I am Shreya Ojas Aras, a Psychotherapist and Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of dedicated experience in mental health services. I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from St. Xaviers College, Goa, graduating with First Class honors, and a Bachelors degree in Psychology with Distinction from Carmel College, Goa.

My professional journey spans diverse settings including hospitals, counseling centers, educational institutions, and corporate environments. I have served as a Clinical Psychologist at Nair Hospital, Consulting Psychologist at prestigious institutions like Whistling Woods International, and currently work as a Profiler with Seintiv Talent Solutions in Dubai while maintaining my independent practice.

My core competencies include individual and group counseling, mental health assessment and diagnosis, crisis intervention, and specialized work with adolescents and adults. I am extensively trained in various therapeutic approaches including, CBT Person Centered Therapy, REBT, and projective techniques. Additionally, I hold certifications in Special Education covering learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism.
